"I would definitely recommend Ed Heck if you are buying or selling a home. This was not my first time buying a home but it was the first time I really felt the agent knew his business. It took one phone call to Ed to get the process started. Ed came to initial meeting with very helpful information and explained the process in a way that definitely showed hisexpertise in real estate. "I contacted Eddie Heck to possibly manage my property (or potentially sell) in Wilkes-Barre. He stated he would be happy to come by the property to assess the value and further discuss action. We decided to meet Sunday or Monday morning, we would be in touch. When the weekend came I called him repeatedly and left messages with no response. In a last ditch effort I called one last time, which he answered, rudely proceeded to tell me it was a bad area and he couldn't work with me. I calmly stated that he could have communicated that from the beginning as to avoid wasting my time calling and waiting for him to meet his appointment. He then abruptly hung up the phone as I was in mid sentence. I highly recommend avoiding this agent at all costs. Seems very disrespectful, disorganized and nasty if you or your property cannot make him money. I plan to sell though another agent that values each client as an individual and not a dollar sign."
